The Rest Reset Bundle

3 Yoga Nidra practices for morning, midday and sleep.

I’m glad you’re here.

I created these three Yoga Nidra practices to give you somewhere to turn when you need a little more space, rest or calm in your day.

You might start your morning with a few quiet moments before everything gets going, take a proper pause when you’re feeling tired or overstimulated during the day, or use the sleep practice when you’re ready to let go at night.

There’s no particular order to follow. Simply choose the practice that feels most supportive right now.

Find somewhere comfortable, minimise distractions and use headphones or earbuds if you can. Then let yourself stop for a while and be guided.

For safety, please don’t listen while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.

Morning

Yoga Nidra Morning Practice: Connect to Your Journey

28 minutes

A gentle practice for mornings when you’d like to begin with a little more space, calm and intention.

Instead of rushing straight into doing, take a few moments to settle, listen inwardly and connect with how you want to move into your day.

Midday

Yoga Nidra for Midday Reset

22 minutes

Feeling tired, mentally full or in need of a pause?

Use this practice to step out of the busyness for a while, quieten some of the mental noise and give your body a chance to settle.

You can listen lying down or seated, wherever you feel safe and comfortable.

Sleep

Yoga Nidra for Sleep

60 minutes

Use this practice when you’re ready to let go of the day and ease towards sleep.

Simply press play, get comfortable and allow yourself to drift off. You can also return to it if you wake during the night with a busy mind.

Ready to go a little deeper?

If these practices have helped you notice how different it feels when you deliberately stop and rest, you might be curious about what happens when those moments become a more regular part of your life.

That’s the thinking behind Return to Calm, my six-week online programme for midlife women who feel tired, wired and constantly switched on.

Together, we explore what’s keeping you in “go mode” and practical ways to create more rest, calm and space within everyday life, so you can feel more grounded, sleep better and have more capacity for the life you want to live.

If that sounds like something you’d like to explore, join the priority waitlist and I’ll let you know when the next programme opens.
